Called twice before the check in to ask some questions, the lady who answered the phone promised to get back to us by email but all we received is just a generic email without answering to our questions. This is disappointing. The check in and check out process is easy. We did not have any issues during the stay.

Nice, well-appointed apartment in quiet, somewhat residential area. Close to train, walking distance to museums and shops. You’ll get a sheet of directions to gain entry to your apartment in advance, and you'll need to follow a few steps. Friendly staff, great place.

We had a slight problem with the check in when we arrived at 3am however we called the owner who gave us the correct code straightaway. Excellent location just a few minutes away from the metro and the beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in!

The only thing that is good about this apartment is the location..... it is very close to the city center, main square and main attraction but the area where the apartment is located is in a little bit run down neighborhood with dog barks day and night. The owner is nice and helpful but charge me extra cleaning fee per night which is not what is shown on my booking. There is a kitchen but no stove which means you can only prepare cold food or something that is simple. The bathroom can't be called bathroom as it is just an enclosure with a plastic curtain to wrap the shower head. The drain on the shower floor is very shallow that can fill with water quickly and then your feet will end up stuck in the puddle.

i ve been staying for 5 nights. location is ok. 25mins walk to Alexander Cathedral. 10mins walk to Billa or Lidl. the first 4 nights were going quite well. besides theres strong smell in the toilet every morning and the hot water system only allows you for shower not more than 10mins. however the 5th night was a nightmare. someone kept pressing my door bell in midnight. since theres no peeking hole, i have no idea whats going on. i dont know who or where i should ask for help and so frightened and couldnt sleep for the whole night. luckily that was my last night staying. besides this, the host does provide transportation to and from airport. the price is around 3 times of a taxi. since i have a very early flight and decided to take taxi. i asked the host to order one for me 2 days beforehead. he replied me promptly until he has confirmed i am not going to take the transport he provides, he disappeared and not replying my emails anymore. at the end i have to grab someone on the street to help me call a taxi. what an experience!
