Top Spot Residence

Just recently renovated and in great condition. Good job! Although it was very noisy in the room due to road construction on the street. They were cutting tiles or bricks from 8am and it was impossible to be in the apartment at that time. Apartment itself was great!

Easy check in, nice big apartment with everything you need. Grocery store around the corner and across the street. Half block fm the metro. Great walkable neighborhood with tons of shops and restaurants.

Shower pressure is horrible. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Lots of room and great location right by delirium alley

Surprised with the cleanliness and size of the apartment. Very (very!) spacious! Location is very central. Kitchen is complete with plates, pots and pans, & loved eating indoor ☺️ Downside though was the sound-proofing...the outside noise can be heard in the room, especially at night. A bit disturbing cz the noise can be anytime between 1am to 5am. But the room (Top 2) is very good.

An excellent stay in a well-appointed apartment. The property was well-equipped and clean ( although a stray burger bun sat on the stairwell for the entire duration! ). Well located for the sights of Brussels - an easy quick walk to the Grand Place, Mannekin Pis, etc. and we easily walked from the Central train station.
