Amazing but a little different standard to the stuff. But the most of the stuff have a very high level.

The staff was thoughtful and helpful. Always had a smile and great attitude. One of the people working there even paid for my taxi until I could get change and pay him back. That is exceptional service ! I will return. Bar tender is also super friendly and personable.

Restaurant staff was super. Not as clean as one would expect.

Nice mid size hotel in El Poblado. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The motorized blackout curtains combined with the quiet of the property were helpful in getting sleep after a long day exploring. The staff at the breakfast buffet were wonderful even if the buffet could use a few more vegetarian options. This is not a good location for exploring the neighborhood by foot but is perfect to escape the night life and related sounds. For the money, I would stay again.
