Very friendly service and a comfortable stay.

Believed or not.. I stayed here 47 days during pandemic and Manager upgraded me to suite that has laundry machine, full kitchen, huge living room and big bedroom. Overall service is great and also offer room service during a pandemic time. Phamacy, bank, restaurants market just 2 minutes walk across street into Oasis mall.

The property itself was beautiful, however the rooms had no microwave or no heat. It also took the hot water a while to heat up.

Good views, spacious room, good range of restaurants although they were on the expensive side.

Excellent. No complaints except for this review request which is demanding that write at least 50 characters.

Wow. Just got back to our home with my wife. We were really looking forward to our trip to Bahrain and we had moderate expectations of the hotel since we knew it's a 5 star. Checking in was done by a really rude lady who didn't even look at us or say hello to my wife. She was extremely unaccomodating and I don't understand why she is on reception duty at all. The lobby on the way to our rooms looked and smelled nice. Was horrified by what we found after a couple hours in our room. The towels smelt terrible as though they had just been used. Even the next day after a change of towels they smelt even worse. Worst of all the shower water was lukewarm. After calling, they sent an "engineer " who just said the water needed a few more hours to heat up. Jokes on us. The water was lukewarm for our entire stay since the hotel has a standard heating system for all the rooms. We were so happy to get home to our warm showers. The AC in our room was extremely loud making it hard for us to sleep. This was honestly the worst hotel experience I've ever had in all my time travelling. This is a 3 star hotel at best. Shame on the management for not being honest about the water and acknowledged that it never gets hot.

Great hotel with friendly staff the only issue I had was the first night they was redoing a room near me and I could hear work till the early morning. Followed by a short fire alarm at half 1 in which made me jump. Apart from that the rest of my stay was great and would recommend to anyone looking at visiting Bahrain.
