Great experience in Gox, very friendly and helpful host.

As a flight attendant,I am quite privileged to travel to many destinations and stay at different types of hotels,ranging from 3 star to 5 Star,However, I recently stayed at this hotel, Rox Göreme and I was absolutely appalled at their unprofessional acts.It was so disappointing and shocking.On the day that we had arrived at the hotel,once settled in,towards the latter part of the day,exhausted from our 2 days of travel,we were asked to move from our room to another room just for that night and the next evening,We were already settled in the correct room that we had initially booked.The reason for being asked to move was that the staff had messed up bookings and it apparently became our problem.Our bookings were messed up with another group of ladies who were bloggers and because of them being bloogers,WE had to move like 3 times!Of course we didn’t move.It’s ridiculous! Just because we are not bloggers certainly doesn’t mean that we should be treated in such an unprofessional manner! Unprofessional act number 2 - we were staying at this hotel for 3 nights - 4 days and in all the time that we were there,our room had not been cleaned nor did they even bother to ask us if they could clean it.Last but not least, if there is one thing that is pretty annoying,it is when someone is extremely and unbearable forceful!The owner and staff at at this hotel were unbelievably forceful.They were extremely unorganized as well.I do not recommend this hotel at all! It was the worst experience!
