Brickell Luxe Rentals

PLEASE DO NOT STAY !!!!!This was a horrible experience. We were unable to contact the managers of this property to just ask simple questions. Had to get info from front desk attendant just to find actual apartment. The condition of the apartment was filthy. All of the furniture was broken. The apartment also had a very bad smell. Also a very bad Bed Bug infestation. Bed sheets were old and soiled. My son was bit several times and needed medical attention. Bathroom light fixtures was busted. We were unable to receive any compensation from them whatsoever.

BED BUGS!!!! THIS IS TE WORST EXPERIENCE AND NIGHTMARE I HAVE HAD ON SEVERAL YEARS AS A CUSTOMER. THIS IS THE THRID TIME I BOOK IN THISL OCATION AND I NEVER HAD A PROBLE BEFORE , BUT THIS TIME IT EXCEEDED, I AM SEEKING FOR FULL REIMBURSEMENT ON THIS STAY AS I AM INCURRING ON MEDICAL BILLS DUE TO LACK OF CLEANLINESS ON THIS LOCATION ALSO THERY CAHRGES ME FOR A SECURITY DEPOSTI AND NEVER RETURNED. . - THIS IS NOT ONLY BAD ITS A FRAUD

This is a residential owned condo. The room wasn’t ready. Waited over half hour for the key and when finally able to go to the room after 4:00 they had just started cleaning it. The sofa bed was horrific!! Very bad quality unable to sleep on it as there was a huge dip in the middle This room clearly did not sleep six as advertised. Not a great experience taught me a lesson to ask questions in the future when booking an establishment that isn’t an obvious hotel. I thought I was booking a resort condo and it was a residential booking. Extremely disappointed with the quality of the sofa bed and the towels were old and rough and not enough towels for six people. Not enough blankets or pillows Just awful!

Brickell is gorgeous and we had a great time touring Miami. My biggest issue was the rooms cleanliness. The sheets were dirty and the apartment was not very clean. The building is beautiful and the pool was great. You need to pay for parking, which isn’t included but not too expensive. The staff at the front desk was lovely!

This place was perfect for a girls weekend!!! 8 of us stayed in the 2/2!! Check in was effortless, valet parking was very convenient, and the location was terrific!! So many cute restaurants and bars nearby and a quick ride to south beach! Would definitely recommend!
