The staff were top notch. Very friendly and extremely helpful. They welcome you with a refreshing cold juice. The location is next to the nature reserve so you can actually see some wildlife if you are lucky. Also within walking distance to the town center without all the noise and chaos. Room was big and full of amenities, including coffee and a jar of cookies. Ample parking space.

This is a great hotel, the location is perfect. The effort they put into attracting an amazing array of birds makes this the best place to stay in the area, and the great breakfasts make you never want to leave.

Friendly and helpful staff. We were given a room upgrade to a really great room. Hotel is within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

The owner and his son are great people who are happy to help you with anything you need no matter what. its not a 4 star or 5 star hotel but if your looking for a quiet clean place with great staff and close to everything this place is great i give it a thumbs up

The staff was very helpful with giving us suggestions of activities and directions. This is a new hotel. I would like to give some suggestions. A trash can in the kitchen area would be very helpful. The toilet seat was for the wrong size toilet and there is no sound barriers. We could hear the conversations in the office In our room. Also we could hear other people in other rooms and outside. I still give this place a high review. We would stay again.

Staff amazing. More geared toward locals, foreigners may find it a bit rustic or basic but overall is VERY NICE. The gardens, the property is upkept very well. Will definitely come back and be surrounded by nature.

Very cheap hotel (21US$/night) for the location and very close to restaurants, grocery store and shops. Staff very friendly and helpful with many choices of activities. Bogarin trail right next to the hotel (100meters) with discounted price (8US$) is a must, we saw many sloths and birds! Hotel is still in construction but will sure become awesome. Room had AC, fridge, cookies and coffee machine which was great. Room was spacious but a strong urine smell when we arrived (we had to let the door open few hours)! Overall enjoyed our stay and recommand!

Great customer service. Facilities were clean and welcoming. Check in was great. Our only regret was we only had one night stay.

This hotel was very good value for money and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room seemed to have a damp smell initially but this went once the AC was on. Room had a fridge and filter coffee machine and nice cookies other wise fairly basic. Great for the budget conscious traveler who just needs a place to sleep while exploring the area during the day.

Easily walkable to town, but also quiet. Enjoyed everything about it, just didn't have enough time.
