Elements Tulum Boutique Hotel

Jag och min kille stannade på Elements för andra året i rad. Vi gillar hotellet för dess läge, nära till huvudgatan och cykelavstånd till stranden. Dessutom är det stilfullt inrett och fräscht. Förra året var det helt nyöppnat och det märktes på både personalens angelägenhet om nöjda kunder samt skicket. I år märktes det att det varit öppet ett tag då cyklarna var i sämre skick och våra vänner som vi åkte med fick fel rum utan balkong och rummet de fick var nymålat och luktade färg. Dock löste personalen detta genom att dra av 20 dollar På priset första natten och våra vänner fick ett nytt fint rum andra natten. Även nya cyklar kom andra dagen. Hotellet hade nu hunnit öppna en frukotrestaurang på taket med väldigt god frukost. Allt som allt var det en fantastisk vistelse då min kille friade till mig när vi kom fram och hotellet hade ordnat fint på rummet med rosenblad och dekorationer.

If by "boutique" means "bare bones" then it's an accurate description. No amenities worth speaking of. No store in the place for water, food, etc. No bar. The free breakfast was minimal with one chef who didn't know what she was doing and certainly acted didn't want to be there. Beds are hard as a rock and the pillows will have you looking for a chiropractor. Still, it was new, clean and modern. Great front desk staff.

It was ok, room very musty, and walls were paper thin. You could hear everything while trying to sleep. Noise level on last night was a bit much until the early morning hours.

The hotel was overpriced for the location and amenities.

The hotel was clean and exactly as photographed. Front desk staff was nice as well. Breakfast provided was quick and a filtered water station was available in the lobby. The hotel was also quiet for the most part, except for when other doors slam, your door would also rattle a bit. If you want to take advantage of the free bike rental you have to do so in the morning before they run out. Overall, I was happy with our stay here and would recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at Elements. It was very clean and the man at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. The hotel doesn’t get much sun so the pool was freezing, which was disappointing since it looked very nice. The television in our room was very outdated for such a modern room. The hotel was beautiful and I did like the location since it was near the restaurants and stores.

This is a very nice hotel. The breakfast being cooked to order. It is very clean and the free bicycle rental is a nice perk. Very comfortable bed for our stay. The front desk staff is amazing and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was a beautiful hotel to stay at during our trip in Tulum. I loved the aesthetic of everything here!! The staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions etc They also went above and beyond for us by decorating our room for our honeymoon. Would very much recommend this spot! Would be great to have a rental car as well, 10-15 mins to the main beach strip, and less then 5 mins from the downtown restaurants etc. also free bikes at the property was a nice addition to our stay! Thanks so much foe making our stay special!!
