The first thing you need to know is that the off-street parking in inside the apartment building....and I don't mean in the basement. It is necessary to drive up and up and around and around -- even with a reasonably small car, it required backing up and going forward backing up and going forward over and over. At one point, despite absolute care and my wife guiding me, I was sure I was going to scrape the paint off the side of the car. We didn't -- but the other couple staying there apparently suffered $1000 damage to their car from unsuccessfully trying to make their way up the entrance ramp without a scrape. SO -- I would highly recommend this place if you have a tiny car (the little Fiat, a SmartCar, etc.) or are traveling without one. THEN -- prepare yourself for a great apartment and a stunning view. The walk to the town center wasn't far -- although it was treacherous for a stretch down a road with fast cars and no sidewalk. I'm making the cautions sound too concerning. I would probably go back again, but with a tiny car. It was just a lovely, lovely apartment -- one that made me sigh with pleasure when we were finally parked and unpacked.
