Mimosa Court Apartments

It was a nice clean place, good customer service,nice breakfast. The rooms were very spacious will all amenities. They need to install fans though as it was hot and too many mosquitoes. They should spray the room before nightfall.

Mimosa appartment is a great place to stay, i have stayed there twice in the last couple month and will stay there every time im in kenya, all the staff are awesome from the managerment to the cleaning staff, e veryone makes you feel so welcome, it's a home from home, thank you to all the staff.

Customer service is different in the US and Kenya. The front desk seemed upset that we arrived so late, though that was the nature of traveling internationally and having a driver show up to the airport an hour late. Not their fault, at all, we arranged the driver. They did bring up milk for the baby when I asked for it without charging anything, which was really nice. At breakfast the next morning, though, which I thought was included, we learned that it was not included. Despite our room reservation saying "with full breakfast" and everywhere online that I could find this hotel listed, full breakfast is included, on their end, it said not included. Hotels.com did refund my expenses on breakfast, but I was upset as this was a determining factor in choosing this place. The restaurant on the premises is not actually good anyway, though. You are better off just buying some groceries on your way to the hotel. The kitchen is fully furnished. The rooms are spacious and well furnished and comfortable. It is very clean, and the cleaning staff do a great job, coming in every day to clean and bring waters. We were in the 3 bedroom, and it had more square footage than our house in Seattle. Security is good. We felt very safe despite our general unease about Nairobi. In conclusion, great room, just don't eat here.
