be careful the place charges an extra 20 Euro per day for a "cleaning fee" . I don't mind paying for stuff but I think it is sneaky to add it in the "fine print" on the bottom of a reservation. The place was clean and well laid out. The mattress was lumpy though and they only gave 2 pillows. The hair dryer also was also melted through through the body which was kind of disturbing. The check in / check out process was super easy . But the confirmation said to "call" to confirm check in time but when I called 3 times no one answered. This was a bit concerning. I guess we were lucky that our flight wasn't delayed and that we didn't have any big issues.

The apartment is very centrally located, making it an ideal base to explore the main sites in Central Athens. It's a 3 min walk to Syntagma metro and there are lots of lovely restaurants within walkable distance. The area is generally safe. You'll need to collect keys from the office (located just 1 min away). The apartment itself is spacious for 4 people and has coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a hob, saucepan, frying pan and cups/crockery/cutlery so you can make simple meals. It was generally clean and tidy, although the cleaner did not come daily. Overall I would recommend staying here as the price is good for the location and size.

I stayed in their Ermou suites las year and much preferred the lighter room and open plan living .

This is a simple, no frills 1 BR/ studio unit. It was clean and met our needs -- cheaper than a hotel and well located to walk to the sites. Our friend at nearby hotels paid 3X what we did. It's important to pay attention to the email from Livin Urbban with instructions on where to get the key (at their office 3 mins away) because that info is not in the hotels.com confirm. You don't want to show up without that information handy.

Very nice, small studio. Clean ad comfortable. However- there are 3 keys needed to get into the apartment- entrance to building, entrance to vestibule, and entrance to the apartment itself. Every one of these locks is faulty and we spent 5 minutes at every single lock every time we needed to get in to the apartment- super frustrating. We liked the apartment but the key issue made us glad we only had one night here
