Rustic is a polite way to put the condition of the property. Doors don’t close so critters abound in your room. AC was not connected and it was HOT.

The staff if lacking of a Lot of EXPERIENCE in hospitality and management, they need some one to come and make everything Tun how is supposed in a Hotel; the first date we came early and even that I talk 2 weeks in advance to let them know we are arriving early and the day before again to confirm, they don’t have a table ready for us on the terrace; after we toll like 4 people they manage to set up a space for us; the pileta they finish cleaning it just at the time we are getting there and it was a lady swapping the floor around us; that is not nice; the service that day Was the best all other days it was horrible; the rooms are are not well maintained, they coffee machine in the room with no coffee service or mugs; they was no body lotion; and the noise from the bar on Saturday night continued to 1:00 am and is LOUD 😖the breakfast is great for the value; other then that I will not recommend to stay in this hotel is better in el Valle for the price

My stay was horrible. The first night we arrived, it was clear that the bathroom had not been cleaned and in the morning my husband was taking a shower when dirt started coming out of an open pipe onto his feet, followed by an old cigarette!! After that, we got moved to another room where we had no hot water the next morning and NO water AT ALL that night. This property is clearly not ready for guests and the cleanliness of the whole place is awful. The breakfast included was really good but I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We ended up having to move to another hotel in the middle of our trip.

The hotel is very nice, i liked the concept. The staff is very nice..but in general they need more organización. They need more staff . The food from the restaurante was good, but not super good or maybe I was expecting better. I called reception three different times and no answer. The room doesn't have phones, so you have to call the main number for room service or anything you may need. The room was nice, but the shower was very dirty. I did mention this to the staff at check out.

I have never felt so safe. They have you clean your shoes, by stepping on a pad, take your temperature and have you sanitize your hands. The place is just a huge art installation. Food is amazing, the room or your own pod well appointed, clean and comfortable. The service is impeccable. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you are happy and all your needs are met. They even offer a service to pick you up at the border, if you do not want to drive. The rooftop had a couple of DJ's that played great music. I see this hotel becoming the place to be. I already booked my return stay for October 31-November 2 for their Halloween-Dia de los Muertos festival.

The place is amazing with beautiful views from all angles. Had two nights of DJ’s and the place rocked. Best asset of this place are the people. Wonderful staff. Friendly, fun and very accommodating. I will be back for sure.

Hotel is bankrupted from what I heard. Went there and it was closed

Acaban de re abrir el hotel y la limpieza era decepcionante: telarañas en el baño, la terraza del restaurante sucia y el mobiliario viejo. Se ve mucho mejor en fotos que en la realidad. El precio muy alto para el hotel que es. La piscina y jacuzzi con el agua muy sucia. No tienen agua en las recámaras. Me pareció decepcionante que tuvieran una fiesta en el rooftop cuando hay todavía emergencia sanitaria.
