Great place to stay when in the Charlotte area! Very nice hotel with an incredible staff! Loved the two outside areas to hang out with friends and family! We will be back!

Me and my girlfriend stayed in one of the king suites here for a night. While the room and bathroom looked really nice we had a few problems. 1. The room was not cleaned very thoroughly. We found huge chunks of others peoples hair under the pillows on the couch. Bathroom had hair as well. 2. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever had the chance to lay on. Despite being a king bed the bed felt almost the same size as a queen bed. 3. Internet TV and WiFi had the worst connections. It was easier to just keep my cell phone off the WiFi to get a connection that actually loaded my webpages without the page just timing out. Any videos or movie attempted to watch on the internet tv was only able to load in the lowest and was constantly buffering. Our favorite show to watch became watching the ring spinning around. Again the room itself was nice looking. It had USB chargers on every plug in the room. The bathroom shower had great water pressure.

Bed was way to soft. The Bistro was poorly stocked w/ fair service. Location is great overall service is good. Very clean and organized. Very helpful agents. Overall above average
