En härlig stad med nära till allt

I am so happy that I got to stay at the Be Poet Baixa when I was in Lisbon last month. I had a great experience from start to finis mainly because of the professional, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. They truly made the stay special. I was welcomed with a port wine and pastry, helped with my bags, and shown to my room personally. The front desk booked me a wonderful tour of Sintra, Cabo da Roca and Cascais. When I was exhausted after returning, they suggested items from the takeout menu for dinner, and even helped me get my order to the room. When departing, I needed an early morning cab (that accepted credit cards) and the staff not only found a great option, but also called to make sure that I could pay by card. The room was modern on the inside, but had a balcony overlooking the pedestrian street below. Gorgeous view and great people watching! The location was perfect. I took the subway from the airport upon arrival without issue, I was able to take a tram to the neighborhoods in the hills and could walk to many points of interest around the hotel. Definitely stay here if you're able. Service, location and amenities are exceptional!

The location is superb. The staff is great, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and designed with calmness. The only minus is the size. The room is very small. Yet the staff and the location made the stay pleasant.
