The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The beds were comfortable and the shower strong and forceful. The breakfast bar had a huge variety and everything was tasty. Good location- no problem with tours picking us up.

Time for an upgrade.
Our first stay at the Wembley St. Giles was a year ago. At that time the hotel was rated 5* but we thought it more of a 4* This time it’s rating was lower at 4* and we definitely felt the difference as we thought it was more of a very tired 4*. Service was 5* but the facility and appointments were 3*or lower. I must say the service was very good everywhere in the hotel, but.... The included breakfast was a notch down from a year ago with less choice and more flies. The pool water was very cold. The pillows were stained and there were a few holes in the sheets.

Nice, clean and comfy. Good variety of breakfast spread. I had a flat tyre when i was about to check out. One of the staff and some random good samaritans helped me changed to spare tyre so that i can drive to the nearest tyre shop. Really appreciate it!

Dissapointed. 3* instead of 4* hotel
Place a little run down. Air con takes a long time to cool. Housekeeping did a bad job in cleaning. The plates from the day before was not clear. Had inform the reception only to be told that we can leave the plate outside the room?? So whats the point of housekeeping if they dont clear the mess up??! Stay at 1204. View was not fantastic at all.
