Hotel Indigo Memphis Downtown

Nice location.

The woman who checked us in late at night could not have been nicer. Super friendly and helpful. parking that's on an incline inside the parking garage? Seriously no good. The spaces aren't even painted correctly. Imagine having mobility issues and getting out on a 45 degree incline and trying to get into a wheelchair. The hotel was very clean. The area is really nice. We had our dog with us and there's a little dog park right nearby, about a 5-minute walk away. The rest of the front desk staff are interacted with were also very nice. There is Keurig coffee in the room. We didn't have any creamer but the front desk was able to give me actual liquid half and half in those little disposable cups instead of that powdered stuff that's so gross. My only real complaint is that the cleaning staff seemed both a little bit aggressive and also they weren't wearing masks properly.

Desk service in morning not great. Ran out of towels at night.

Hotel was booked for 4 but we only received towels and coffee supplies for 2. housekeeping needs to be more in tune with customers ...we had to empty our own trash and ask repeatedly for towels. Otherwise it was fabulous. Desk attendants were THE best ever. We definitely will stay again regardless. Loved the hotel!

Nice, cute hotel near Beale street (within walking distance). Staff was very friendly. Neat rooms.

The only real issue we had was the TV service it kept going down. Other wise not bad.

Everything was good, but the room did not have a microwave oven.

Great place in a great location just a couple of blocks from Beale Street. Amazing staff!

Room did not have towels and upon asking for some it was difficult getting the proper number of towels. The bathroom door needs to be fixed...had to keep it shut with a trash can.
