Hotell i Karasay-distriktet

Ett mycket bra hotell beläget på en tyst och vacker plats. Poolen med spa var mycket trevligt.

Amazing service from the staff, helped with all restaurant bookings, recommendations, taxis, excursions etc. We had really a nice experience in Almaty!

Very good location in a nice hotell with a good gym. Good breakfast. Very nice and friendly staff.

The location was great, and the hotel was of a good standard for a 4-star hotel. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. They were always willing to assist and made sure we had a pleasant experience. A big thank you to Rufat, who was exceptional. Excellent service!

Det var rent bra frukost och super bra location, nära till allt. Skulle definitivt rekomendera.

Nothing to complain about, the reception staff expected us and check-in was a breeze, the hotel looked just the photos on Expedia and the staff were very helpful and service-minded. They also have a good restaurant on the bottom floor. A great place to stay in Almaty!

Great location hotel is old and needs renovation
