This was my 2nd time in 2 years staying at this Super 8 and it once again did not disappoint! Staff was friendly enough (accents and all), room was clean and cozy, and the hallways were quiet. I accidentally locked myself out of my room and with a simple show of i.d., the front desk replaced it with no problem! I hate that I didnt have time to try the breakfast.

Broken safe. No coat hangers. Broken blow dryer. The free breakfast was Hostess cupcakes, twinkies and you had to ask for them at the service desk. Waffle maker broken. Breakfast area was dusty. Needed cleaning. To get clean towels, you had to take your dirty ones to customer service and exchange them.

Listing showed "Full Breakfast". They had what they called "Grab 'N Go" which consisted of packages of mini donettes behind the glass at the desk and coffee. The listing is very misleading. The staff was polite, the propety was very clean and had been recently updated. But, the "Full Breakfast " was extremely disappointing and I ended up spending $20 for breakfast at a restaurant down the road. Please have this listing corrected, very disappointing!!

I guess you get what you pay for—staff was friendly enough but the whole hotel needs a massive update. Elevator was very slow; bathroom sink would not drain; the lighting in the bathroom—not only was the fixture was rusting, but there was only one lightbulb and that one flickered. There was no soap or shampoo in the room (although staff gave me some on request). The fire sprinkler was protruding out of the ceiling—not sure if if would actually work. Although it said “pet friendly”, they charged me an extra $50 per night for my two dogs. Positives: Bed was decently comfortable; shower was okay (good water pressure and no issues with temperature). Staff was decent. Bottom line—if all you need is a bed to sleep in and shower, this hotel will be adequate. Again, you get what you pay for though.

The room was clean which is the most important thing but the bed was so uncomfortable and we only had 1 tiny blanket. I shivered all night. I asked the front desk for another blanket and they said no. Although the price was great, I wouldn’t stay here again due to how exhausted I was from the terrible night of sleep.

My room, was clean and comfortable, But there were a few small things that could have had better attention. For example, the hairdryer didn't work. There is no coffee maker in the room. The curtains had little stains on them and one had what looked like a cigarette burn. The shower curtain, had a few stains on it. There is no breakfast offered. There is vendong maching, but it is only snacks. The pool is on the end of the building. I liked that it was at the back of the building and kept away from prying eyes. Although you can exit on that end of the building to get to the pool and the other end of the parking lot, you cannot get back into the building from that exit. On a positive note I did enjoy my stay there and the staff were really nice. For a small fee, it is pet friendly. The only drawback is if you bring a dog with you.They cannot be more than twenty pounds. If i'm ever in that area, I would consider staying there again.

Overpriced for the value

I'll start by saying the staff was great and addressed the two issues we had quickly. 1. We had trouble with our TV and it was fixed right away. 2. The pool was closed over Memorial Day weekend but they opened it so we could swim with our grandkids which saved the day. We left a day early. The hotel was ok but really run down and had a musky smell throughout but the elevator stank the most. Everything was functional but the bathtub was stained badly and needs to be updated. No coffee pot in the room was disappointing. The beds were so-so. We never could get very comfortable because if the smell and the overall condition. We felt safe enough but there were a couple of creepy people hanging around outside and was a little sketchy.
