Affordable hotel for solo travellers on a small budget! The room is cleaned everyday with new towels and bedsheets which makes it a comfortable stay throughout. Everything you need nearby. The staff was friendly and responsive to any requests or questions.

Very nice hotel for the price. Very accessible by bus or metro. Super clean. Only thing is that it doesn't have heating and in winter is too cold!!! Nice and comfortable bed, blackout curtains. Super safe area. Overall it is excellent. Totally recommended.

I wouldn't stay again because the double double room was very small, even for CDMX. Also, there was no heat at all. None. Normally you don't need heat, but in December-January, temperatures can be chilly.

The area where the hotel was located was very convenient considering the hotel hospitality itself was horrible! We were charged a fee before leaving and did not receive an explanation as to why and told to ask expedia about additional charges. The trip itself was wonderful thanks to outsiders who helped, but I do not recommend Manalba Hotel!

このホテルの一番良いところは、次の予約が入っていれば８日間まで荷物を預かってくれる点です。シティを拠点にメキシコ各地を訪れる旅行者は多いと思いますから、他のホテルもこのシステムを見習ってほしいです。大きな荷物を預け身軽に数日間の小旅行が楽しめるのは素晴らしいです。スタッフも笑顔で私達に声をかけてくれベルボーイのダビッドさん達も優しく私達を気遣ってくれます。接客はとても良いです。 ただ廊下や他の部屋の話し声が少し気になります。夜中に酔っ払いが大声で笑ったり声高に話したりすると良く眠れません。宿泊客も公衆道徳を守るべきでしょう。 改善点として3点挙げておきます。ドアに掛けておける清掃不要の札が欲しいです。朝８時過ぎに清掃スタッフのノックで起こされたくはないですから。それと肌寒い時期は暖房がないと落ち着かなくなりますのでエアコンが有ると良いですね。そして綺麗な部屋にミニ冷蔵庫があれば過ごしやすいので、ミニ冷蔵庫を置いてくれると嬉しいです。 エレベーター前に飾ってあるマヤの神像がとても素敵です。メキシコに行くときには又宿泊したいと思います。
