Nice little hotel with beautiful garden. Also, quiet, excellent breakfast and decent location. It’s or in the center of Hanga Roa but very close. Excellent choice for someone who comes to explore the island.

Great stay on Rapa Nui (Easter Island)
The property is about a 15 minute walk from most restaurants but is worth staying there. The grounds are nice and the breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and clean with a good sunset view. Odette, who works there, was a most charming host and really helped us with everything we needed. Great place to stay.

3 days in Rapa Nui
This property is very basic. We were lucky enough to get an upstairs room with a shared balcony. Once checked in you’re pretty much on your own. Make sure you stop at a supermarket on the way to the property as no food aside from breakfast is available onsite. The place is not really easy or quick walking distance from the main centre either and taxis are not readily available. The owner Odette was lovely and the booking includes pick up and drop off at the airport.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area. Rooms were nicely decorated with comfortable beds. It is in a nice spot a little away from downtown. I would recommend renting a vehicle as there are not many restaurants/ shops nearby but it is very quiet and tranquil.

I had such an amazing time during my stay. Such a beautiful property! And the staff were great! And not to mention, some of the Moai statues are about a 10 minute walk from the hotel! There are also quite a few really nice restaurants nearby. The hotel also makes a great breakfast too! I highly recommend this wonderful place!

Lovely stay on Easter Island. Very simple but beautiful hotel. Simple breakfast. WiFi was very spotty. A little further walk to town but an easy walk.

Great staff and nice hotel
We had a wonderful time at Teanehi. Odette was an amazing host, always helping us get taxis, find tours, and more. Everyone was so nice and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was simple but good, with great fresh juice. Walking distance to restaurants. I would absolutely recommend it!

You get what you pay for
The “hotel” is a house with few amenities. Despite the listing, it does not offer a restaurant. The staff, while very pleasant, are unable to communicate beyond very basic English (Hello, check-out, etc.) should you not speak fluent Spanish. It is quite far from Hanga Roa, and the walk at night, via muddy roads, is fairly dangerous with speeding motorists passing constantly. (At night, the nearby park, which is the easiest route to access the island’s dining and shopping area, closes and one must take a very circuitous route through dark back roads to transit back and forth. If you are able to rent a car or motorbike, this is a non-issue.) Should you choose to stay here, I recommend that you not bring ANY food with you. It really can’t be helped, but there are some bugs. With that being said, this accommodation is cheaper than places closer to the sites, and it is a clear step up from hostels and camp sites. The cleaning staff does a great job keeping the house tidy. Transfer to and from the airport was very well-managed.

The property was good value for the money. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and the property well maintained. Ed had a great sea view and watched lovely sunsets from our room balcony. The only reason not giving a 5 is because hard to communicate with the 2 staff available. Very little English. Also the room could have a closet with a few hangers - that bothered my husband and found iy inconvenient. There was also no one to help/guide with dining options

Great stay with Odette at Teanehi
Had a wonderful stay at Teanehi! Odette picked us up from the airport at the beginning of our stay and dropped us off at the end of our stay. It was a nice touch to have our room cleaned daily. Breakfast was good and all the staff were super friendly and accommodating!

Very nice hotel with super breakfast. Odette is extremely helpful. We went early morning sunrise photography, hotel packed the breakfast for us. I must say it is the best take away breakfast I ever received. Every detail is taken care of. Appreciate it so much.
