The staff is amazing !!! The rooms are clean , but light fixtures in some rooms are falling apart and door knobs on bathroom broken. Overall a good hotel I would definitely come back.

Mouldy carpet, smells like humidity. We were given a room which hadn’t been clean, even if we checked in after 5pm. The staff were kind but looked overworked. Blanket was stained with red lipstick. Bathroom was dirty. This hotel is way below Holiday Inn standards. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here unless you are absolutely desperate for a place outside of downtown Guanajuato.
