Horrible staff, very dirty
I was here for a family member having an 18 hour scheduled surgery.We drove 5 hours after having worked all day with lack of sleep from working a14 hour shift.When checking in the front desk was extremely rude,didn’t inform about breakfast times only that check out was at 12. My husband who was up over 24 hours fell asleep immediately..I was getting ready for bed and I saw something crawling and it was roaches. The restroom was dirty and the sofa bed cover looked so dirty like it had not been washed.the stay at the motel was miserable.we had to be at the hospital very early for my mother in laws 18 hour surgery I did not call to complain because it wasn't the priority at the hospital.I did not request a refund, but the GM rudely mentioned because i booked through a 3rd party, but paid the hotel directly for the room I could not have corporates number.I wanted human decency for a family that traveled for medical reasons 5 days before Christmas & she showed no compassion for the way your motel property is maintained. Best Western should consider your termination based on reviews of your property & staff as a whole.

Comfort and Cleanliness
We arrived late at night and were immediately seen by the clerk up front. Quick check-in and loved the luggage carts. The room itself was spacious and clean! No issues with AC, Bed, towels, etc. Breakfast was all good except for the gravy, but that’s just nitpicking! Would definitely recommend this place as one I’d return to.

I stay here from time to time . This time the rooms floors had residue and the rugs felt damp and the sheets had stains. There was a strong smell of cleaning solutions that almost gave me a headache. I would stay here again though. But please get better because you may lose customers if it gets any worse. Oh yeah hall ways smell of Marijuana and people hanging out back smoking.....

Overall it was a good stay but there was no do not disturb sign for room door. There was a couple bugs. Lady at desk was on phone so my checkout process was confusing. All bathrooms should be ADA accessible even around the toilet. Not to bad for our two night stay
