Our shower didn’t work in our room. I went downstairs to try to get a new room, because the phone in our room didn’t work. Jennifer said that there were no rooms available and that we had to wait for maintenance to come and check it out. We waited an hour, and heard nothing. I finally called back demanding a new room, or we were going to have to check out and go to a different hotel so that we could shower and start our day before the concert that we were attending that evening. About 5 minutes later, we had a new room, right next to the room that we were in. When we checked out, it was Jennifer again, and she was kind of rude as we were leaving. This is a great property, with awesome amenities, but the customer service can definitely use some work.
