Warm welcome and friendly, helpful staff. Lovely little studio apartment. Everything provided to enable self-sufficiency (even a washing machine and tumble dryer!). Great first stay at Quest - Liverpool is home and we visit at least once a year, so it certainly won't be the last. After varying luck with hotels and apartments, we feel this was the best quality and value for money. Spacious, clean, and with an obvious effort to maintain and keep appliances up to date / well looked-after, we had no complaints! Central location is wonderful, gym is small but well-equipped, reception staff helpful.
