Ok stay
Stay wasn't anything special. Worn around the edges. Hairdryer was disgusting. Smelled like it was used in an industrial setting and was filthy. Our view was right down on the pool, and although I understand some maintenance was going on..it was a mess. Housekeeping only made one bed randomly.

The only hotel to stay at
I'd rate this hotel 10 stars if i could. I felt like royalty the moment i hit the property. The valets were so sweet and helpful. The ladies at the front desk got me checked in and out quickly and efficiently. The room itself was worth every penny and more. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was luxurious. I could have spent hours in the shower, especially since they had this great smelling soap. I had a great view of the city from my window and were so close to a lot of really cool venues. This is the only hotel I'll be staying at when i go to birmingham. 100/10

One night stay
Stay was short, but good. Only thing, and I mean only thing, was the dresser where the tv sat had vents under it that was really dusty. Looked like it hadn’t been touched in a while.
Front desk staff was absolutely amazing! And the parking garage….. 👍👍

Overnight stay
It was a one night stay. It was connected to a mall, which was cool! Hotel rooms were clean. Front desk was very nice. I was having an issue with the parking but it was settled immediately!

Won’t stay here again
The hotel was nice, the parking was not. Breakfast was not included in our stay and was incredibly overpriced. The eggs were super wet and gross. The buffet was not worth 22$

Accepting of pets, not pet friendly.
Pet friendly and accepts pets are very different. Surprised by a $100 fee at the counter for traveling with our pet.
