We stay at this hotel every other month for business. I understand the extra charges of $80 since some folks trash the room but we stay there all the time so my service man’s credit card wouldn’t work so I booked the room. He is handicap and I didn’t notice the room was not handicap accessible. He ask to change rooms and the rude desk clerk would not change it. We won’t be staying there anymore. Ridiculous.

Don’t believe negative comments! This is a very good place to stay. It’s central to many stores and restaurants, the room was well-appointed, fresh, and pleasant. It’s a little close to the interstate, but the relatively light traffic wasn’t a deal killer. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Rude behavior at the Front Desk was unacceptable especially when trying to utilize the Lobby Computer Kiosk with NO signage to indicate outage or when to expect a return to service.
