I would have to say this is one of the worst motels I have ever stayed in for 1 it looks nothing like the pictures online the beds were horrible with big o's sunken and dense in 'Em made for a very uncomfortable sleep No complimentary breakfast or even copy in the lobby When I booked this place I thought I was checking into a hotel turns out it was an apartment complex with all the permanent residents air letting their kids run wild do the whole building not be supervised You had children there that would ride the elevator and then push every button on a running up-and-down the halls all night long when we checked in we were told we could use the hot tub 24 sthen when will you want to use the hot tub they told us it was closedI would never recommend this place for anybody to stay at your looking for a hotel not an apartment complex

It was more dingy than what was shown on the website. The heat didn't work at all. There was no hot water. The curtains didn't close all the way. There was also a roach crawling around the bathroom. The staff were nice, though.

Hotel room was gross, there was questionable stains all over the floor. The TV didn't work and the whole floor we stayed on had a very strong smell of curry and body odor. The hot tub was set to 87 degrees fahrenheit which was Luke warm at best and there was drug deals going down in the parking lot.

We have stayed here before but it's gone way downhill. Tried to check in but key cards wouldn't work. Before we were able to get working cards, we were treated rudely by staff. There were homeless inside and out. Trash all around the parking lot, elevator making loud clunking noises. Definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Very Dirty
As soon as we got off the elevator on the 5th the smell was horrific. The heater in the room was so loud we could not sleep. We left around midnight and they would not give us a refund. We had a suite & the tv in the sitting rm did not work, the pillow case did not look clean, floors in both rooms needed swept. Honestly just an awful experience.

Overall the hotel is very run down, don't be guided by the photos (like me) they are obviously very edited. The room was extremely cold and the air conditioning is not enough. The sheets were covered in makeup, the shower had hair on the walls, the curtains don't close completely and the windows are floor to ceiling. The bath towels are very small and shabby. A very bad experience. I definitely won't be going back. There are better options for the same price.
