If you want a simple cheap place to stay and just get sleep between the visits to the theme parks, this is the place. Don’t expect much when it comes to breakfast. There is a $7.50 resort fee they didn’t tell Hotel.com about.

Staff were so great despite the hotel being very understaffed. Great water pressure! Convenient location to a lot of Orlando!

A limpeza poderia ser melhor. Matei 3 baratas no quarto. Sem falar da quantidade de cabelo no chão. A TV é muito pequena. Mas pelo preço, acho que não posso reclamar.

2/10 Dåligt

We were there only for about 4 hours at night. The commode was not flushing and they did not switch the room as they were fully booked, neither did they have a maintenance guy to fix it.
Verifierad recension

2/10 Dåligt

We had to leave after the first night. Room was dirty including ants, bathroom toilet leaked, wall outlets very loose to the point we couldn't charge our phones, Ceiling in bathroom was pealing, shower area was moldy, TV very small and it was noisy in the hotel. Hotel hallway floor tiles were held down with packing tap.

This place has roaches. I woke up the next morning seeing 2 crawling around on the bathroom floor. I hightailed it out of there. There are no elevators so we had to lug our luggage up two flights of stairs. The ac unit barely worked as well.

2/10 Dåligt

We never got a room apparently we were on the overflow booking and was unable to get a room. Very disappointing.

This hotel has a MAJOR, serious serious mood problem, the staff was super kind to change my room twice and even update us to a room in a building that was free of the issue but sadly the problem is so widespread I can't really recommend the place not even for a low price since mold breathing poses a very significant health threat.
Verifierad recension

4/10 Hyfsat

The pool was closed during my entire stay. A man told me he was going to repair something so they could open it, but all he actually did was watch videos on his phone in the hotel lobby and didn't fix a thing. Also, if you get a room at the far end of the hotel, you have to walk all the way around the building every time you leave or come back, because the side doors don't work with the key card. To top it off, if I set the AC in the room below 70 degrees, it would leak water, and the only 'solution' they gave me was to put rags underneath it to catch the water."
