Thank you so much, Bernadette, for helping me get into my room early. The rooms are very nice, spacious, and clean for the price point. Very quiet. The entire experience was perfect for a quick business trip.

I travel alot for work and hate eating fast food all the time. I regularly come to the santa rosa area for work, and found this gem based on having a full kitchen. It's basically downtown santa rosa but still a quiet spot to stay. There are many resturaunts in walking distance, close to the 101 and is smack dab in the middle of my work area making it so convenient. It has private parking BUT make sure to reserve it when you book by calling them it sells out quick!

We enjoyed our stay at the Art House. It's stylish, convenient and sparkling clean. The secure parking is well worth the $25 a day price. The included breakfast was good with enough choices, for a light breakfast, to get you going in the morning. Our room was roomy with an accessible balcony and a comfortable king size bed. They even had robes and slippers in the closet. There was a safe in the closet and plenty of places to plug in electronics. The staff was nice and check in/out was easy. My only quibbles involve the water pressure, which I understand is based on conservation rules, and the tv, which had zero local channels. Not there to watch tv but still... Liked the Art House very much and will be back.

Lovely hotel - not part of a corporate chain, and very well maintained with spacious, well-appointed rooms & suites. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not amazing but more than adequate. And there were many fine eateries within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommended!

My daughter and I loved our stay. The rooms are bright, spacious, clean and pet friendly, although we didn't bring a pet. The location is excellent to experience the charm of downtown Santa Rosa within walking distance. You have to manage the parking but there's a loading area and street parking nearby and limited paid parking available.
