Rooms are clean but old. Mattresses felt like you were in a hole. Walls are thin. Could hear the conversation of the couple next door with extreme clarity. The bathroom door was loud and squeaky. Woke everyone up when someone had to go. I wish the room was as nice as the outside of the hotel.

Dirty rooms
The room was horrible it was dirty . Looked like mold in the bathroom . The sheets were dirty my friend that I went on the trip with changed her room 3 times. No alcohol served at the spa which was unexpected. The hotel is very old and needs updating.

Filthy Tub
We checked in after a long travel week. We looked forward to getting cleaned up, particularly to taking a bath. However, the bathtub was scary dirty. We checked out without staying the night. I asked for my money back and showed the pictures of the dirty tub to the front desk. They refused, saying since I booked through Hotels.com I would have to contact them.
