Good hotel, spacious rooms!
The hotel is located in Meena Bazaar, Bur Dubai, with lots of Asian shops and restaurants. Abra-station (water bus) is a mere 5min walk away - take the Abra to Deira for 1 Aed! clean hotel, a little cold room - AC was too good, I guess! Hotel needs to be shined up a little, but is nice, generally speaking. Its a good 3.5 star hotel.

The website's high ratings raised my expectations, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. While the location was convenient, the rooms need significant updates, as the one we stayed in was overly dark. Although the towels and linens were clean, they were noticeably worn and in need of replacement. The service was commendable, but the hotel could benefit from some much-needed upgrades to enhance the overall guest experience. Lastly, there was no mention of the Dubai Museum being closed for nearly two years, which is a highlight of the location.

Large but loud room
The public spaces in the hotel are in good condition but hotel rooms could do with some serious refreshing. My room was on the 1st floor, right on the street, hence very loud. I could not sleep all night as, in addition to constant traffic noise, there was some work ongoing and I had the sound of trucks and machines right outside the window all night. The mattress is also very hard. When I told the counter about my experience, they did not seem very bothered. I will not stay again.

Great Authentic Dubai Hotel
Our stay was amazing. From the time our taxi pulled up till we departed, we were treated extremely well. We arrived early in the day and the receptionist gave us our rooms early. What large, spacious rooms they were too. Comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. Good shower. We even had a separate lounge with a sink and microwave. The staff were amazing greeting us each time as long lost friends. Everyone was so willing to help. Swimming pool looked great but unfortunately ran out of time to have a swim as there was too much to do. Our room was serviced well providing bottles of water which was much appreciated. Beds lovely and comfortable. Would love to return.
