This was, by far, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, purely because of the exceptional level of customer service we received.
We were in town for Jazz Fest and to celebrate my birthday, and from the very beginning, everything was outstanding. During our stay, we did have what could technically be called a “minor” issue with the A/C in our room- except it wasn’t minor at all. It never worked the entire four nights we were there.
However, the way Innkeeper Lane and his team handled the situation completely exceeded every expectation we had when it comes to hospitality and customer care. They took what was truly a major inconvenience, one entirely beyond their control, and turned it into something we barely even thought about. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel so comfortable and so well taken care of that we simply cannot speak highly enough about our experience.
Kudos to the owner for building such an incredible team.
Beyond the service, the hotel itself was absolutely gorgeous. Every design detail was thoughtfully executed, the food was amazing, and the staff made us feel like family.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough, and I already can’t wait to come back.
