Comfortable beds! Great location, access to the beach is directly across the street! The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful! Great stay with our family! We all had a lot of fun!

While the wifi wasn't the best, the friendly staff and closeness to the best parts of Old Orchard beach cannot be beat for this price. 10/10 would stay again. Note: there are active train tracks directly behind the motel, if thats not your drift. The train will honk at 1:00am.

Dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty… They lost our reservation for our first night. We have to switch rooms after one night staff nowhere to be found no housekeeping to be found the only positive about this place is its location. We found a hair in our bed sheets. I do not recommend staying here ever.

The staff were nice but hard to come by. “Old” motel is aptly named. We needed TP but couldn’t find anyone. But my biggest problem was just that the train went by blowing its horn. Not the motel’s fault but I would probably not stay there again. Midnight train, 4:45am… I can’t wait to get home and get a good nights sleep.

The front desk attendant wasn’t available for check-in. The parking lot is pretty terrible and it’s next to impossible to park or pull out of when it’s close to being full. The rooms are a mess and the hot water barely works. I wouldn’t bother staying here with other places being around the same price with better quality.

They were accommodating with early check in. Unit was dirty. Urine at base of toilet, toothpaste spittle spots all over faucet in the restroom, extremely small tile shower full of sand and mouse droppings in mini fridge, coffee pot was dirty. We purchased cleaning products at a local store and cleaned before we did anything else. There are no secondary locks. The only lock is a keypad door knob. We didnt stay the second night we booked and opted to find a different place to stay. Pool seemed nice. Location is very good.

My family of 8, had an amazing week-long stay at this motel in Old Orchard Beach! The owners were absolutely wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, giving us a great night's sleep every night. The kitchenette was perfect and had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay, which made our week even more enjoyable and convenient. We were also impressed with the shower, the water pressure was excellent, and there was always plenty of hot water. The pool was clean, refreshing, and a great place to relax after a day at the beach. It was obvious that the property was well cared for and maintained. The location was also very convenient, just a short distance from the center of the pier and all the attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything Old Orchard Beach has to offer while still having a quieter place to unwind. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The combination of wonderful owners, comfortable accommodations, a well-equipped kitchenette, a great pool, and a convenient location made for a fantastic vacation. We highly recommend this motel and would gladly stay here again!

It was the worse place I have ever stayed at. Dirty. Not cleaned. Sand on the floors and in the tub. Dirty microwave. Food in the fridge. No body wash, shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser. Thank God the sheets were clean but they weren't put on the bed right. A train ran through the back of the motel 3 times a day including twice in the middle of the night. Amtrak! Parking was so tight I'm surprised there weren't any fender benders. I do not recommend this place at all. I paid a fortune for it for the weekend it its way wayyyy overpriced. No ice machine to get ice either. Paint peeling of the walls. So much perfume smell to I guess cover up the bad odor of the room we had to open the windows and the door for while. Never stay at this motel!

If you’re a single man, this room would be good, if you’re staying with family or young kids, I would absolutely not recommend it. The shower did not drain nor was the shower clean. There was dirty, washcloths, and towel towels in our room. The bathroom sink didn’t drain. The floors I’m sure have never been mopped. Dirty diapers under our bed. The only plus side about this property is how nice and respectful the workers were. We left a day early just to be able to bathe our kids at home because we couldn’t even shower our children. It was super unfortunate considering we paid $1300 for four days.

Beds weren't bad, and the location to the beach was great and thats about it. Could have used a good cleaning, a lot of dust and dirt build up. Make sure you have the number from the office door. At check in no one in the office. We had a wifi issue (side note, wifi was a HUGE pain I the @$$ constant log out, log back in) go to ask someone in the office, again no one there. When it came time to check out...shocker no one in the office. The doors are keycoded and no locks on the inside so that was a safety concern. Whether traveling with children, solo, or even with friends not having a lock on the inside of the door is a safety issue for me.

We had the best stay at this motel! Such a throwback beach vibe in oob, and this motel has a clean pool, walk to beach EASILY! And the staff at this place is so nice, accommodating and friendly. We had a big vehicle and the staff helped us find good parking and when we needed anything they were a huge help.
