I found the hotel to be in an uncomfortable neighborhood. The hotel itself was old. It was difficult for me to sleep due to worry about the neighborhood, the traffic and the trains coming through every 45 minutes or so. However, the couple who appeared to own the hotel were very nice.

Exceeded my expectations. For a very affordable place to stay this was splendid and I felt quite safe as a solo traveler too. Both checking in and checking out was handled promptly and smoothly by attendant.

The room was clean. Although the hotel seem to be in a sketchy suburb, I felt comfortable being there and had no issues whatsoever. The air-conditioning unit was in a separate little room than the main room so I had to have the air conditioner running all the time even though I wasn’t there to keep the room cool. But for the price, I would stay there again.

This is not Red Roof but Red Carpet. This is a motel not a hotel. Horrible room, horrible parking lot and the towels in the room were paper thin/ 20 years old. The area around the motel was scary. I worried about my car getting broken into all night long. I would stay away from this place!

The bed was clean, the AC worked, and the door locked - that's the best I can say. The property was a bit sketchy, with the staff behind glass using a drawer to pass ID, payment, etc back and forth. The parking lot was full of potholes. The room smelled of old smoke and was very worn down. The bathroom was wet. The bed sqeuaked if you so much as adjusted your pillow. There were only two pillows for a king size bed and they were the flattest I've ever seen. Nearby trains blew their horn at all hours of the night. It was better than spending hundreds of dollars downtown, but we didn't spend a single minute more than we needed to be there.

This place looks like a scene from Jeepers Creepers. The room was small with no closet, iron or ironing board. The air conditioner was leaking, so the floor was wet. The lady at the counter was rude when I told her about this, so I checked out. 0 out of 10, would not recommend.

It was clean but you can tell the room was cleaned days before and never checked on before we checked in ...The ac at entrance was leaking slowly but the puddle left behind was a very big mess... They left towels and I used them
