Loved our stay!
Love this hotel! It was clean and comfortable… The pool was immaculate… super friendly staff…The biggest selling points were the amazing coffee machine and water dispenser in the lobby as well as the location! Surrounded by good eateries and walking distance to Warner Brothers Studios. Absolutely recommend!

To start off with check-in was super easy. Allison was awesome and helpful for finding local cuisine. The rooms are recently updated in the beds are super soft uncomfortable. Will be staying here again.

Good stay.
The place was located near the freeway which made it great! The room was okay, it did need upgrades and maybe new wall paper since the one on the wall was coming unglued in some areas. They also need to make it easier for people with disabilities, I was given an upper room with no option of a lower level room.

The breakfast is a joke
Bed was comfortable, room was clean, bathroom was TINY- large enough for one person. In the morning I was looking forward to breakfast that was advertised but but what a shock to find only one plate of pastries. Not a single piece of fruit, not a single yougart or protein. That was a disappointment when you consider the price of the room. Most of the reviews for this place are fake!

A trip to Universal Studios
The hotel was clean comfortable with good facilities including coffee machine and fridge. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel has a heated dipping pool and terrace and there is ample safe car parking. A good selection of restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The breakfast of fresh pastries and coffee was a nice touch. Universal and Warner Brothers studios are very nearby. We would certainly return.
