Hotel was nice and centrally located to everything we wanted to do and see. It’s definitely a noisy area and you can hear the street noise but it was never something that disturbed our sleep - maybe because we were already so tired though! We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but the staff was friendly and accommodating to make sure we were comfortable. We got and early check in and they continued to monitor our satisfaction throughout the stay

Unfortunately, our booked chauffeur was not present when we arrived. We should have taken an UBER. When we received our room later in the day, it turned out that it in no way matched the pictures shown on their website. We had booked a deluxe room, which in the photos has two large doors to a balcony, a small table with chairs, and more floor space. That is NOT what we got. An extremely disappointing start to our honeymoon. The hotel said that "not all rooms are the same"… which would have been okay if the size and standard were the same, which they were not. Additionally, there were large stains on the carpet, the faucet fixture was loose on the sink, and the sealant in the shower was coming off. If you book a room here, make sure you get what you paid for. We certainly didn’t.

My husband and I visited Rome for our honeymoon and the staff at Je Rome were so kind! They welcomed us with a smile when we arrived and let us check in early so we could begin our site seeing right away. They even sent us a bottle of sparking wine to celebrate our honeymoon. The room was beautiful, very modern, clean and a beautiful view. We enjoyed our balcony many times with the espresso they provided for our room. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant but it was beautiful with modern and elegant interior design to match the rest of the hotel. The hotel is centrally located near the Trevi fountain but with the door shut at night, it was very quiet. Overall our stay here was amazing; so far the best hotel yet while traveling in Italy and we highly recommend staying!

Je Rome Hotel was stunning, conveniently located, and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and I appreciate the “small things” provided to make my stay memorable and personable. This is a new hotel (they just opened in April), so it seems they are working out some kinks, but overall I still give it five stars because I had a great experience and loved the room. It’s a three-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and other sites. Also close to a bus stop for those like to live like a local and use public transit. I would stay here again.

This is a small boutique hotel located in the heart of Rome. It has been recently renovated and looks amazing. The hotel is remarkably clean, the rooms are clean and very well appointed.What stands out the most is the staff and the customer service provided. From the time we entered and were greeted by Margret at the front desk until we checked out everyone we dealt with was wonderful and could not do enough for us. Another wonderful feature of this hotel is its restaurant. It has a wonderful selection of gourmet food as well as a small bar where you can get great drinks and coffee. Because of its great location and incredibly professional staff, we can’t wait to return.

Room and hotel was new, nice, and very clean. We’re happy to be around everything and a short hop from the Trevi. It was a great stay. They also arranged airport car for us to head home.

The staff were wonderful, communicating with us on WhatsApp before arrival and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The junior suite was very comfortable with an extra bed made up for our son. We forgot to bring a power adapter so it was a delight to find a usb-c input on the wall by the bed. We didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment. All the sites except the Vatican are walkable, we walked past the Trevi fountain about 20 times as it was so close. The hotel is situated in a super busy area but the room was still very quiet. I would stay here again if I wanted to be walking distance to all the attractions but would stay elsewhere if I want less touristy intensity outside the front door.

The room was modern, clean and spacious. The hotel was very wel situated near Fountain Trevi. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great and their restaurant was also very good. The only thing I would have liked was a warmwater dispenser in the room to make tea, as they only had a coffee machine in the room, but I must say the bartender gave me hot water every night.
