Lovely stay.
It was a very nice stay with modern spacious and clean suites.
Rates are not the best. The front desk is understaffed and a long wait for check-in.
But the staff who were there including the assistants and cleaning were very customer oriented.

Great value for money but they have a rule regarding holding luggage (even for a couple of hours) despite someone staying for serveral days.
Location is great. There is some great staff (not all). We will not stay here again just due to the lack of enpathy regarding their rules.

This place is awesome for the street smart traveller.
They give you nice 30 Mbps /10 Mbps wifi internet speeds.
They give you complementary water bottles, coffee sachets, coffee pods, sugar etc.
And there's a nearby lulu express and a cafe next door.

Property is good but service needs a lot of work
We booked a full sea view room. Our room was on the 1st floor which means you are looking at a wall leading to the pool and you have a random people walking past your windows all day so there is no privacy.
