Great little rooftop pool! Even though the hotel was full we never ran into anyone using the rooftop apart from us. Rooms simple but comfortable, aircon was amazing. 10 min walk to all restaurants and 1 min walk to the beach. Great stay!

Our experience at Case Arkana was disappointing. We were placed in a bottom-floor room with no windows, making it feel like a basement suite. On top of that, there were multiple issues with our room. Upon arrival, we discovered the lock on our only entrance—a sliding glass door—was broken. Initially, they expected us to stay in an unsecured room before reluctantly moving us, only to switch us back the next day once the lock was fixed. The bathroom door was also so squeaky it would wake the other person up, and while they did repair it, the lingering toxic smell from the fix made our room unbearable for days. Outside the room, constant construction noise disrupted any sense of relaxation. The pool started off clean, but by the end of the week, it was so murky you could barely see the bottom. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Muy bonito hotel, ubicado un poco lejos de la zona de restaurantes y baes pero sin problema puedes caminar por la playa o el mismo staff te ayuda a pedir un taxi. Los cuartos están muy bien, mucha limpieza y aire acondicionado.

El hotel estaba muy limpio, la atención al cliente tambien muy buena! Mariana nos aclaraba todas las dudas que nos surgían al momento y estaban disponibles para cualquier cosa. Esta muy bien ubicado y no esta literalmente enfrente de la playa pero si se ve y tiene camino directo a 1 minuto (esta detras de una casa frente a la playa).

"Mucho más que un hotel, una experiencia completa" El hotel es espectacular, pero el servicio del personal es lo que lo eleva a otro nivel y en especial de Denisse y Mariana, pero todos son increíblemente atentos. Lo que más nos sorprendió fueron sus tours. Es comodísimo contratar todo con ellos porque se aseguran de que vivas algo único y fuera de lo común, cuidando cada detalle de la ruta. Sin duda, la mejor forma de conocer el lugar. 100% recomendado.
