- Didn't respond to enquiries via website. They could have sorted out a change to the booking in advance, but because they ignored my message I had to waste time at the front desk. Read your messages while you're sitting at the front desk doing nothing!
- Refused to let me have breakfast before 8am (not very helpful when I need to leave for work before 8am). I only found out about this in the morning, was not shown on the booking. There was space in the restaurant, they just didn't let me eat because they were too busy cleaning and didn't want to organise the payment for the meal (and insisted that it should be paid in advance).
- Staff were unhelpful, the person I was dealing with dropped me like a sack of garbage and left for the day (end of shift) as soon as their colleague arrived to take over (start of next shift), so I had to explain my request to two separate people.
