My experience at this hotel was, without exaggeration, one of the worst I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the service was unacceptable: the person at the front desk seemed annoyed simply because I rang the bell, which is basic when no one is visibly attending. To make matters worse, they initially claimed my reservation did not exist, creating unnecessary stress after a long day.
The room is extremely small, outdated, and clearly neglected. Everything feels worn down: old furniture, an unpleasant atmosphere, and even the water had a bad odor. The shower is completely obsolete, and to make matters worse, there isn’t even a desk where you can sit and work.
This place fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality and customer service. There are far too many options available today to settle for something like this.
I honestly do not recommend it under any circumstances. If you value comfort and respectful service, this hotel should be off your list.
