Amazing Hotel but Duvets on beds not warm enough
Amazing hotel, amazing staff and within walking distance to the centre. Only disappointment was that the duvets on the bed are super thin and I was freezing at night as it was winter and about 2 degrees. There were no spare blankets in the room. Other than that I would definitely stay again but I’ll ask for additional blankets

2 days in Amsterdam last part of longer trip
A problem with the shower and limited hot water was rectified by the helpful staff by moving us to a new room. They were very helpful considering we got back late at night before telling the staff. With some of their support staff gone for the day, the front desk did not hesitate to remedy the situation.

Very convenient location next to the central train station and the river. However, the check-in clerk gave us a key to the wrong room and we walked in on a couple sleeping in bed. Very embarrassing so they gave us some Hilton points as compensation.
