Accès au logement facile et anticipé, géré à distance via Internet via échanges écrits avec le propriétaire. Tout est fourni à l'avance : code de porte et accès wifi. Logement parfaitement à la description et aux photos, propre et en très bon état. Tous les équipements fournis sont fonctionnels, sanitaires, climatisation, cuisine. Literie confortable et larges espaces intérieurs. Avec boutiques et cafés au pied du logement. Arrêt Vaporetto à 5 min à pied. Logement au calme.

Très bon emplacement Appartement très propre avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable A noter l appartement 2 ne propose qu'un tout petit coin cuisine mais suffisant pour un court séjour et c est l occasion de découvrir les plats vénitiens dans les petits restaurants situés loin des quartiers hyper touristiques.

近くに食料品店やレストランもあり、便利だったと思います。部屋のすぐ近くに早朝からやっているカフェがあり、そちらも便利でした。サンマルコ広場へは歩いて15分くらいで朝の散歩にもちょうど良いです。貸し部屋なので、滞在中はスタッフと会うことは一切ありません。スタッフとのやりとりはwhat’s up を使うとスムーズで便利です。いろいろと相談もできるので良いと思います。部屋も２つの部屋があり、広々としていて良かったです。

It was fine but more of an air bnb. For a first time visit I should have done more homework. It was more difficult not having staff to help navigate. It was a bit older and dated. The upstairs guest were very loud. We enjoyed ourselves and accommodations were satisfactory but we prefer the hotel environment. The spacing was great! Owner very nice and accommodated a later check out for us.

Great location. Easy check-in, with option to drop luggage ahead of time (main door locks). We were there only one night and did not use the kitchen so I cannot speak to details there. Charming Venetian decor. Bed comfortable and I slept through the night which is saying something! Be prepared to leave cash for tourist tax —I was not.

Good location. Clean rooms. Kitchenette does not have a sink and had very few utensils, including crockery, which the owner was happy to provide when we subsequently asked for it. Virtual check-in, with keyless access, which allows for dropping off luggage in the hallway before check in time and leaving luggage in the hallway,when checking out, which is great. If the link to the online virtual check-in was sent a day before we arrived, rather than on the day we arrived, it would have be much better. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment has quiet hours starting at 9:30 except just below the main bedroom window is a bar that DOES NOT quiet down till late into night. We had family of 4, only three pillows on the two beds. The ‘kitchenette’ is a mini fridge and a hot plate on a table. Hairs in shower upon arrival. Not what we expected. The host was a very pleasant man, but this unit is not at all as portrayed.

Internet was bad. Black mold in the bathroom. The kitchen had a fridge, toaster and a kettle but wash your plates in the bathroom sink. One mirror and one in the bathroom room. It needed updating. Chairs to sit on had no filling and completely flat. Messaged the people and had no response. Disappointing all around.

There is no staff on site, and reaching by Expedia messaging doesnt get a quick response. My interaction with the staff, via messaging, was not very pleasant and it turned out to be very unhelpful. From the time of the booking until check out, the only time the staff reached out to me was for the taxes. The "hotel" is not a hotel but more like an studio apartment, it's not very modern and feels.like that they have to much going on for such a small place. We couldn't get in, although we're standing in front of the door, I had to get touch with them via WhatsApp as they would not provide any details via expedia, at which point is access code was provided.

Comfortable apartment at a good location

A good sized apartment, located 10-12 minutes walk to St Mark's Square and 5 minutes walk to cross Pont dell'Accademia. It had everything functional in an apartment. Many restaurants, bars and shops around the apartment. The host is very nice and responded to all of our questions quickly. The king bed was comfortable, the single folding bed was less comfortable. It would be nice if there was a screen to stop water splashing when taking a shower. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

You are going to be staying at an apartment. This is not a hotel. They sent an address but it's not exactly the one on the map. It is in a nearby building, at least the room that I was in. The room actually was two bedrooms, which is what I did not expect. But it was spacious and cozy. There was a hot plate and a mini refrigerator in there. They even had cooking pans. I'm not exactly sure where to wash the dishes other than the bathroom sink, but I didn't use any of it but it was good to know that it was there. The location is in a prime area less than a 10-minute walk to Doge. There is no elevators and the stairs were very narrow. Be prepared to lug some suitcases up. You will get instructions on how to get into the building 24 hours before. It would have had been nice to get them. Maybe 48 hours or a little bit longer so I could print the instructions in case I lost wifi. But I got the instructions as soon as I landed at VCE. Would gladly stay here again. The room facing the street had a bigger bed but noisier from the drink people walking outside. But the other room was quiey that faced away from the street.
