Finger weg – eine einzige Katastrophe! Bewertung: Diese Unterkunft war eine absolute Zumutung! Schon beim Betreten starker Uringeruch im WC, Schimmel an Waschbecken, Fliesen und in der Dusche. Die Dusche war defekt und undicht – Duschen unmöglich. Küche verdreckt, Wasserkocher voller Kalk, Ofen innen stark verschmutzt, Kühlschrank vereist und unbenutzbar. Für fünf Personen nur zwei Handtücher und kaum Toilettenpapier! Das Bett staubig, Kopfteil seit Ewigkeiten nicht gereinigt. Baustelle direkt am Eingang, ständig Lärm und Dreck. Kein WLAN, kein TV-Empfang, alte Fenster mit starkem Straßenlärm. Vermieter nicht erreichbar. Nie wieder – reine Abzocke! Völlige Enttäuschung – unhygienisch, laut und nicht wie beschrieben Unser Aufenthalt war eine einzige Katastrophe. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war extrem schlecht. Bereits beim Betreten fiel ein starker Uringeruch im WC auf. Im Badezimmer und am Handwaschbecken befand sich deutlich sichtbarer Schimmel. Die Dusche war defekt, der Schlauch undicht – Duschen war somit unmöglich. Die Küche war schmutzig: Der Wasserkocher war innen voller Kalk, der Ofen stark verschmutzt und nicht nutzbar, der Kühlschrank verdreckt, vereist und undicht. Insgesamt machte alles einen ungepflegten, unhygienischen Eindruck. An Hygienematerialien mangelte es ebenfalls: Für fünf Personen und drei Nächte gab es weniger als eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier und nur zwei Handtücher. Der Toilettensitz war schmutzig, die Fliesen ebenfalls verschimmelt.

Das einzige positive an der Unterkunft ist der billige Preis, die Lage und das es relativ ruhig ist. Die Dusche funktioniert nicht, es ist kalt im Zimmer weil ein Heizkörper fehlt. Auf dem Toilette stinkt es dauerhaft mach Urin, es steht Wasser weil man kein Wasser von der Dusche ablassen kann.

Horrible experience with the booking

371 / 5,000 In der Wohnung, die ich gebucht hatte, war bereits ein Paar. Es war spät am Abend, was die Sache noch schlimmer machte. Telefonisch konnte das Problem nicht gelöst werden. Die Person am Ende des WhatsApp-Chats wollte von mir die Buchungsnummer der Person, die in meinem gebuchten Zimmer übernachtete, herausfinden – was echt krass ist. Ich konnte nur herausfinden, über welche Website sie gebucht hatten. Die Lösung war, dass die Person, die den Fehler gemacht hatte, ein anderes Zimmer auf einer anderen Etage hatte. Er probierte die Codes in verschiedenen Zimmern aus, und in einem funktionierte es, sodass ich schlafen konnte. Trotzdem ist es seltsam, dass der mir gegebene Code von jemand anderem benutzt wurde, um in das Zimmer zu gelangen und es zu belegen. Eine weitere vierköpfige Gruppe kam etwa zur gleichen Zeit an und konnte ebenfalls nicht in ihre gebuchte Unterkunft gelangen. Es gab keine Seife in der Dusche. Keine einfachen Küchenutensilien. Der Zugang zum Zimmer war schmutzig und voller Müll. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.
