Really enjoyed my stay at The Telegraph Hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the glass of champagne on arrival was a lovely touch. Great location and easily walkable to nearby sights. The gym was also very good and well equipped. Would happily stay again.

Great hotel, extremely friendly staff. Beautiful and spacious room, as well as gorgeous decoration throughout. Breakfast is also delicious. It would be great to have more closet space, especially considering how big the room is. Someone to help with luggage at arrival and when leaving would also be helpful. Also worth noting that there's massive construction underway on the avenue on which it's located, which makes it hard to get around.

Hotel was nice with a lot of different restaurants and a rooftop. The room was spacious but the design and lighting was a little cold. The rooms could benefit from having dimmable lights and the light bulbs giving off a more warm light. Cleaning of the rooms took too long (a couple of times, the room was not ready beofre 4/5 pm.).

Absolutely exceptional hotel. We are well travelled and this is on of the BEST hotel experiences we have ever had. Concierge could not have been more helpful. Welcome drinks on the rooftop were bliss and the level of service is outstanding. Room was out of this world, every detail was amazing including branded bedding, hand towels, turn down note, coffee machine. The room finishes, the tiling, the wonderful shower, the views from the huge balcony were all incredible. I honestly cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Thank you

Excellent property .. well designed , beautiful attention to detail. The roof top bar was great for an evening drink and Laan Thai restaurant had delicious Thai food . We were a bit surprised when we discovered we had to walk across the hotel to Raddison blue to use the pool which was on 18 floor and had no seats .. so walk back in robes !!! Think this should be made clear on the website or at the time of check in . Overall a good stay .. would come back .

A fantastic hotel that needs to work on its service levels. The room was perfect—a large bathroom with a separate toilet and shower, and a spacious terrace overlooking the city. Good breakfast with plenty of options. However... it was absolutely impossible to book an airport pickup using just my name. I had to spend an unnecessary amount of time dealing with Hotels.com to get the booking number from the hotel. The Telegraph eventually covered the cost of the transfer (thanks for that!), but it made a poor first impression. At my first breakfast, I ordered an omelette; it arrived after 30 minutes, and only after I had reminded the staff. I have other examples, but I’ll leave it at that. Overall, the level of service from the staff is very inconsistent and needs improvement to earn a 10/10 rating.

Very modern design rooms and friendly staff and wide range of dining options. The building itself is peak brutalism too. Most importantly, private parking lot is free if you stay at the hotel, which I did not know prior to the trip.

Service is bad at this new and beautiful hotel. Food in the restaurant came BURNT AND my husband's entree arrived when other guests were on their desserts. Reception staff needs training on 'welcoming.' Paid for the Club Lounge but there none. Club Lounge included some evening snacks in the hallway couch area.

Our stay at the Telegraph was absolutely fantastic. We were enamored by all the hotel facilities. Let’s start with the room, the layout was fantastic and we loved the little seating area where we could look onto the Main Street (ignore the construction for the time being!) The breakfast spread was even better. Every morning we would place our egg order then grab some fruits, cheese, meats and tea. Chef’s kiss! Moving onto the gym… we are hardcore workout people, so the gym met our needs. I was able to do the same exact exercises I did at home. The sled, kettlebells, rope, etc. everything I needed! I miss the gym already. Lastly, the rooftop… my friend was tired and went to bed early so I got to enjoy a tea in the evening by myself. That hour was truly one of the most memorable hours of my life. I sipped my tea, looked at the stunning view, and thought to myself how lucky am I. My life choices brought me to the very spot and I was so proud of that. Thank you for the best stay, I truly love Georgia and will be back soon!

I had an extended stay (8 nights), and the staff was mostly excellent, but there were a few issues with the room tablets, getting coffee at breakfast was oddly difficult, and there was one request to use the outdoor patio at night that was denied for no apparent reason except the staff seemed like they preferred to go home rather than help

Who would have thought an old Soviet era Telegraph Office building could be transformed into such a stunning hotel property? They’ve really created the most beautiful public spaces, restaurants, rooms and service staff (which is rare in most of Georgia!) Great location, too - walking distance from the old town. Most amazing breakfast spread and one of the best meals we have ever had was at Laan Thai, their Asian restaurant. The only down side to this hotel is that you don’t ever want to leave it!
