The stay was very comfortable

10/10 Exceptional

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, breakfast was great, and there was a good parking area. However, the corner photo they posted gives the impression that this is a small, private villa with a cozy atmosphere. In reality, the hotel is part of a large complex, located next to a nightclub and a church. Because of this, you may occasionally hear some unusual or unexpected noises. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel and overall a pleasant place to stay.

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I had the best treatment ever as I was welcomed with cheerful smile and great hospitality. A lady called Sharon who welcomed me went out of her way to make me feel at home and made me settle in well. The room was a great standard and kitted out with all modern cons. I will definitely book here again. The close proximity to the mall makes it more ideal.

8/10 Very good

The rooms are spacious. Really loved my stay there. Its opposite to a shopping mall which is a great advantage. The staff were absolutely amazing. Especially Sheila. She was outstanding. Very professional and helpfull. The only downfall was the water wwas cold on some days.

There is NO spa at this hotel as was advertised by Expedia. Big disappointment, as that was a big reason for making the reservation. The WiFi is horrible. Every 45 seconds you get kicked off and have to switch to another network. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable. Short walk to the Waterfront Mall. It's a safe area, mostly quiet.

A cheap hotel which suits you if you would like to save some cash. Close to some bars so it might get noicy on fridays and saturdays.

Clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff in a safe, quiet location. Sunday mornings do get a bit noisy with the Church in the same building. Overall great stay.

8/10 Very good

Lovely and helpful staff. Location was pretty good for there is the waterfront with a few restaurants and supermarket down the street- extremely close. Room was pretty clean- with teapot and coffee/tea options. Just a little hair in the shower drain ( happens in most hotels but still a little offputting). Loud parties/noises happened randomly (due to other guests) at 2-3am but still a nice place to stay.

Friendly team always helpful. Good meeting room and good location. There wasn't a fan in the room but they had one in as soon as I asked. Thanks for a nice stay. .

The hotel is a bit far and out of the way and it is located on top of a small shopping plaza. Harder to transport luggage. Only convenient for a one night stay.

Excellent services but lack of mosquito nets made sleeping impossible- terrible bites and exhaustion.

Aunque el hotel no sea de las cinco estrellas que anuncia en la publicidad la relación calidad-precio es muy buena. Lo más justito es el desayuno casi inexistente. La habitación es muy cómoda y está justo frente a un Mall de tiendas y restaurantes.
