Stay away from this ”hotel”! This was the worst experience of my life as it goes for hotel. This should not be allowed to be called a hotel, nor be listed as a choice on hotels.com. When we arrived, the hotel was full although we had prepaid for two nights. After a long discussion, they changed their mind claiming to have a small room and promised to move our luggage into a bigger room, as booked and prepaid for, on the next day. The small room we received was dirty and our children did not even get proper beds but had to sleep on old massage mattresses on the floor. The breakfast was unsanitary and not eatable. The next day, they still did not have a new room why they made us take a taxi to another hotel, without pool or breakfast, in a very bad neighborhood. All along they blamed hotels.com and did nothing to compensate us for our trouble. I have never experienced staff being so mean and careless towards their guests. This should be shut down by authorities for fraudulent behavior and unsanitary environment. Stay away!
