The front desk staff were unfortunately not very friendly or approachable. Most of the time, they just stood there, and it was unclear whether they really wanted to be there to help guests. The floor in my room was very dirty. I had to ask the front desk if they could send the cleaner back to clean it again and bring extra towels. However, it didn’t happen the first time, so I had to ask again. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is good though.
