My second visit in a month, this time with my wife. Everything was really excellent the staff is really friendly and helpful especially Kayla, if your lucky enough to have her working when you're there she will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They keep the place really clean. One thing we noticed though at the smoking area in the back of the hotel there's a door to the upstairs steps that did not have a card lock for customers staying at the hotel and was unlocked and open.

We had a quick and easy check-in. There was a smoke smell just in the halls that bothered my allergies a bit, but it looked like they were trying to clear it up. The breakfast was very nice. The staff I talked to were kind and helpful. I would stay here again.

As expected for the price. Check-in host was great. Room had used tissues in the tissue box, seal-broken and used hand lotion, a used Zicam on the nightstand, a broken Roku remote, no blanket, just a thin topper, and the neighbors were thumping their music so loud at 12am that we had the call the desk. Clerk was very nice and had the music stopped quickly. They do offer some staples for breakfast, but I wouldn't count on it being fulfilling. GREAT Mexican restaurant down the road, next to a Dollar General. Highly recommend dinner there.

The property, room, amenities and staff were all excellent! I would give 10 out of 10 starts. Room had everything you could want including big size, comfortable bed spacious bath and all bathroom amenities including make up remover wipes! Included free breakfast was better than most. Stayed one night, in the area for a funeral.

Nice, helpful staff. They assigned me a well-kept, clean single room. There was a small plumbing problem which was promptly fixed when I notified the staff. I wish it had an elevator, but that's the nature of a motel in a small town. No big deal. I wish the breakfast had eggs and sausage, etc. But again, it's a small motel in a small town. Thanks to the staff!

They only have 1 ADA accessible room available at any time and it was under construction. Kayla was very helpful in letting us view rooms to try and find one that would work. It was late at night and just wanted to rest. She was successful in finding a room we could access, however could not get the air-conditioning unit to work and said that she would leave a note for Tammy and Noah to give a discount because of the non-functioning air-conditioning unit. When we spoke to Tammy the next morning she was very rude and said she was on the phone with Kayla the whole time and told Kayla not to rent us the room therefore she was not going to give any kind of consideration for the air-conditioning not working. Upon further inspection, it appeared that somebody had already been in the room there was trash in the trash cans, and the sanitary wrap on the toilet had already been taken off and was in the trashcan. Interestingly, the walk-in shower that they have is on the second floor of a new elevator building. Sincethere a very few hotels in Loris and I believe that this is one of the cleaner ones, so if I were in need of a hotel in Laura and I didn’t need to have special accommodations for a disability I would probably still stay here again.

Beautiful newly renovated hotel. Friendly staff and welcoming front lobby area. For this being inland its a hidden gem. Continental breakfast included as well.
