We had a 2 queen bed suite that came with filthy floors, a non working thermostat, 2 extremely hard beds that left us sore, a broken shower head, a bath that didn’t want to turn into a shower, and a disgusting hot tub with a brown film and murky pool water where we couldn't see the bottom. The manager was out sick so Shawn a facilitates manager said we'd get a 50% discount. That's fair but we had to cut today's drive short because we were so tired from a horrible night.

First time in Albuquerque
Our stay in Albuquerque was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back, and this hotel will be our go-to choice every time. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Every employee we interacted with—from the first night to the last morning at checkout—was incredibly friendly and professional. The breakfast was hot and fresh every day, and the hotel was impeccably clean, including our room and the common areas. The hallways were quiet, and the parking felt safe and secure. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, close to everything we needed. If you’re planning a trip, I highly recommend booking this hotel for your stay. The price was very reasonable, and during my visit, one of the employees introduced me to the Hilton Rewards program. I didn’t know about it before, but now I’m signed up and looking forward to future stays!

It Was Okay
The lady who checked us in was very nice and fast. The room was nice and spacious for 4 people. The bathroom was not very impressive. The door opened by a bed, and was difficult for going in and out. It was very cold in the bathroom with no heater. The door wouldn't stay open to allow any heat in. The shower had trash in it, and a lot of white build up. The floor bubbled up as well.

Clerk #1 was to lazy to make fresh hot coffee, she said use the microwave. The cups clearly says not microwave safe. The bathroom doesn't have shower gel, conditioner for hair and only one little soap. Clerk #2 was great!

A little run down for a Hampton but it’s good. They really need conditioner in the showers though. I had to go out and ask one of the maids for some. The bed was very loud with movement which was annoying. Creaking at every turn durning the night.
