Beautiful new hotel. Easy to find. Tamica greeted us with a smile and communicated well while working thru our check in. Everyone was friendly and easy to identify. We had a small concern with the faucet in the bathroom and the maintenance/operations mgr came up and addressed the issue. The room and hotel amenities were easy to navigate. The room was beautiful, clean and function friendly. Breakfast was delicious the following morning. The area had a good selection close by for eats and the Premium outlet is less than a 10 min walk. I do not recommend the Plaza Aztec for Mexican food. Sadly it was not to any standard, imo. Otherwise our one night stay at Staybridge was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.
